The Chanty Scholarship is open to all students currently enrolled in an accredited high school, college, or university.
Application Requirements
Project Proposal or Essay (1,000-1,500 words):
Applicants are required to submit a project proposal or essay that answers the question:
“How do you envision the future of workplace communication, and what innovative tools or strategies could improve the way teams communicate in a digital environment?”

Suggest new communication tools or software features that could improve collaboration, transparency, and team dynamics in the workplace. - Enhancing Digital Collaboration:
Explore ways to overcome common communication challenges such as time zone differences, language barriers, or message overload in remote or hybrid teams. - Improving Communication Efficiency:
Propose strategies to reduce miscommunication, increase message clarity, and streamline workflows to ensure smoother interactions between remote or in-office team members. - Inclusive Communication:
Develop solutions that promote inclusivity and ensure all team members, regardless of location or background, have equal opportunities to contribute and participate in team discussions.

- Scholarship Amount: $10,000
