How to expand the number of team members?
With time, your team grows not only in terms of knowledge and experience but in numbers as well. If you want to increase the number of team members, you need to upgrade your account to the Business plan.
Chanty allows you to upgrade to the Business plan with ease.
Note: Upgrade and Downgrade options are available to team space owners or admins on web and desktop apps only.
- Click your Profile photo and hit Manage team
- Navigate to the Billing tab and click on Update Business plan
- Type the number of team members in the How many team members will use Chanty field
- Hit the Update button to confirm your choice
That’s it! Once the upgrade is successful, you can browse the billing Overview and History or switch Payment methods.
