How To Apply for the NPO discount: 

We have made the application process as painless and efficient as possible. Here are the short steps to activating your Chanty NPO discount: 

• Contact Chanty support with your request for an NPO discount. In the message, please include your organization’s legal name, NPO registration number, as well as a brief description of your work.
  
• Our support team will carefully examine your request within up to 3 business days.
  
• If your NPO discount request is approved – congratulations! You will receive a confirmation e-mail mentioning that your NPO Chanty discount has been activated.
  
• Kindly follow the steps outlined in the confirmation e-mail in order to finish your discount activation process and you’re good to go. Welcome to the Chanty family!
