Chanty saves you time copy-pasting messages and allows to forward the message to another conversation.

Forward messages on a web or desktop app

1. Mouse over the message you want to forward
2. Click the    three-dots icon to open Message actions menu
3. Choose the    icon to open the Forward message popup window

Choose the conversation you want to forward the message to and click Send.

The forwarded message will be immediately displayed in the conversation you choose to forward it to.

Forward messages on mobile apps

Tap the message you want to forward.

Choose the conversation where you will forward the message to and tap the   icon in the top right corner of the app.

The forwarded message will be immediately displayed in the conversation you choose to forward it to.

Edit messages

You can edit messages you’ve previously sent to any conversation on Chanty.

Edit messages on web or desktop apps

1. Mouse over the message you want to edit
2. Click the    three-dots icon to open the Message actions menu
3. Choose the   icon to edit a message
4. Make the necessary edits and click Save

The message you save will be labelled as (edited) below the message you’ve changed.

Edit messages on mobile apps

1. Tap the message you want to edit
2. Choose Edit from the list
3. Make changes to the message and tap Send to finish
4. The message you save will be labelled as (edited) below the message you’ve changed.

Delete messages

You can delete messages you’ve previously sent to any conversation on Chanty.

Delete messages on web or desktop apps

1. Mouse over the message you want to delete.
2. Click the    three-dots icon to open the Message actions menu.
3. Choose the    icon to delete a message.

4. Click OK to confirm deleting the selected message.

Delete messages on mobile apps

1. Tap the message you want to delete
2. Choose Delete from the list
3. Tap Delete to confirm deleting a message
