Chanty sign-in process is fast and easy. You will only need the link that consists of your Team space URL to get started.
Note: In case you don’t remember the Team space URL, you can always find the link to join the team in your Team space details email.
Sign in on web or desktop apps
Once you follow the link, enter Your work email used to join your team on Chanty and click Continue.
Then, you should simply enter the six-digit Authorization code sent to your email and click Sign in.
You will receive the Authorization code sent to your email. If you want to change some information about you and your team space – just click Change email and return to the first step.
Note: In case you didn’t receive the email with the Authorization code from Chanty, or the code did not work for some reason, please click Resend code.
Take into account that you can click Resend code only once every three minutes.
Sign in on mobile apps
Tap Sign in to the existing team space.
Enter your Team space URL and tap Continue.
Then, enter Your work email and tap Continue.
Finally, enter the six-digit Authorization code and tap Sign in.
That’s it! Now you can continue getting the most out of Chanty.
