Chanty lets you suspend team members. You can do this in case you need to restrict access to the team space and the Direct messages history for some members.
Once you suspend team members, they will be logged out from all devices with Chanty on, and will not log back in unless reactivated.
Note: Currently, suspending team members is available from browser and desktop apps. The team space creator is the only person on a team who can suspend other members.
Start suspending a team member by navigating to the Dashboard.
- Click on your User profile photo in the bottom left
- Choose Manage team
- Click on Manage under the Members in the Dashboard section
While in the Members menu, click the three-dots icon and choose Suspend.
Once the team member is suspended, you will see the Status change from Active to Suspended.
