Note: Currently, only team space owner and admins can upgrade their team to a Business plan using web or desktop Chanty apps.
Let’s do the Upgrade
Click your Profile photo and hit See upgrade options to start your upgrade:
- Choose a payment schedule
- Type how many team members will use Chanty
- Enter your payment details and hit Upgrade
Tip: Upgrading your billing details is always available at Manage team > Billing menu.
Once the upgrade is successful, you can browse the billing Overview and History or switch Payment methods.
That’s it! You have successfully upgraded your Chanty team 😎
Depending on the billing cycle, your card will be automatically charged and no further actions are required.
