Chanty team space is better with more people. That’s why you can easily invite new members to help you with your project or task.
Inviting new members on your web or desktop apps
- Click the + icon on the left sidebar and navigate to the People tab in the Add new… menu
- Enter or paste emails of people you want to invite
- Click Send invitations to finish
Note: By default, all team space members can invite new users.
Invitation status
You can get three possible invitation statuses while inviting members to your team.
- Success. Team member has been successfully invited.
- The member is already on your team. Team member has already joined your team space and you can start conversations with them.
- Email does not exist. There is no such email, please check that the email is correct and try again.
Inviting new members on mobile apps
Tap the 
icon and tap People to start inviting new members.
Enter or paste the email you’d like to invite to your team space and tap Send to confirm inviting the selected email.
Once the invitation has been successfully sent, you will see the Success status.
